Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ah66 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all related Accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your authorization, contact ah66 support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ah66 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. ah66 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You must notify ah66 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach affecting your Account. ah66 will investigate reported security incidents and take appropriate action, which may include temporary account suspension pending investigation.
Accounts that have not been logged into for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as inactive. ah66 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances after the inactive period threshold has been reached. Players will be notified by SMS to their registered number before any inactivity fee is applied.
ah66 reserves the right to require identity verification from any Player at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
All transactions on the ah66 Platform — deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ah66 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion within the Platform wallet. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of receipt.
ah66 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Accepted methods are subject to change — refer to the Cashier section of your Account for the current available options.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the ah66 Cashier. ah66 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time. Players may set personal deposit limits through their Account settings as part of the Platform's responsible gaming controls.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must be in good standing with no active fraud or bonus abuse investigation; (b) any active Wagering Requirements tied to Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn; (c) KYC verification must have been completed to ah66's satisfaction. Players agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals through their payment provider for any deposit made to ah66. Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback is considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, recovery action for the reversed amount, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.
All bets placed on the ah66 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or product in which the bet is placed, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or product. By placing a bet, you accept both the general Terms and the applicable game rules.
All bets are settled in accordance with the rules of the applicable game. Winning amounts are credited to your ah66 Account Wallet automatically upon settlement. ah66 reserves the right to void or withhold settlement of any bet where: (a) a technical malfunction affected the game outcome; (b) the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms; or (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or collusion in connection with the bet.
In the event of a system or game malfunction that results in an erroneous game outcome or incorrectly credited winnings, ah66 reserves the right to correct the error by voiding the affected bet or reclaiming any incorrectly credited amounts. ah66 will notify affected Players where feasible. Players who knowingly exploit technical errors are in breach of these Terms.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are defined per game or per live casino room and are displayed within the game interface prior to betting. ah66 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where warranted by risk management considerations.
Promotional offers available on the ah66 Platform are subject to individual offer terms, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, qualifying periods, and wagering requirements. General eligibility requires a registered, verified Account in good standing. ah66 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
All Bonus Funds awarded under any promotion are subject to a Wagering Requirement before withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise specified: (a) live casino games contribute at a rate of 10–20% toward Wagering Requirements; (b) slot games contribute at a rate of 100%; (c) bets placed using Bonus Funds on excluded games do not contribute to Wagering Requirements.

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account balance without compensation. Failure to use a bonus before its expiry does not entitle the Player to a refund or credit of equivalent value.
